I am so thankful that God has given me a voice to sing. For as long as I can remember my parents have taught me how important it is to use my gift. Community service and giving is so important, but only important if your doing it with your heart. We didn't include this page to list all the things I have done, but included it so I can help bring awareness to charities that are so important to me.
We have to find a way for bullying to end and learn to have self acceptance of ourself. I even struggle with these problems and thankfully I have a supportive family that helps me through this. Launching in 2012, Lady Gaga is going to attempt this huge task!
Truly inspiring, Felicia Reinhard, the founder of Inspiration Through Art. Inspiration Through Art provides special heroes with complimentary photo shoots, special cards and mail, gift packages, and various other programs, events, and fundraisers.
I love pigs and I also would do anything I could to help sick children so this is one of my favorites. It would be so cool if everyone adopted a pig and put it at your job, resturant, deli, or anywhere that people will see it. A piggy bank full of change can provide a few coping kit to children who really need it!
If there were a child out there that I could help right now, I would do it in an instant. Some of their wishes are so simple, this is our local chapter here on Long Island! Please visit their page to see if you can help grant the wish of a sick child!
When I was little, I learned about a little girl named Alex who was fighting cancer. She was so brave and so smart. She started having Lemonade Stands and donating all the money to Cancer Research. Alex has since passed but her organization is still going strong. It was the first charity I worked hard for and so proud of how well my friends and family did with donating!
I am a HUGE animal lover and this is my local charity that I wish I could help more and find homes for all these cats. They are all volunteers and most of them have a ton of cats in their own homes because they are all such good people!
I was lucky enough to sing for a few children and their stories and personalized songs touched my heart. I've even become pen-pals with one of the little girls. Her family has written to me to tell me how the personalized song from Songs Of Love really help to get her through the most difficult times. This is a small organization that does big things.
